First time breeders our eggs are day 60 today 2 have hatched most of the way out of she egg but are dead another egg is split and bubbles but nothing else first noticed approximate 10-11 hours ago ? Anything we should do and is there a reason the other 2 could have died ? ::uhoh:

They could have had some developmental or internal issue or be kinked. The bubbles are normal. I would leave the clutch be and hope for the best, remove the dead ones only if you can do so without disturbing the rest.
What were your incubation temps? Does the container have ventilation holes?

Sometimes they do that :(
I had a few do that in my first clutch this year too.

I would follow the advice above
