Endo or ecto parasites.....

Mites would be an ectoparasite, things like tapeworm, nemotodes etc are endo. A healthy captive bred corn should have none of those things unless you feed lizards or something to them. Wild caught animals almost always have external and internal parasites.
 
Tapeworms, nemotodes, other types. There's a huge amount of internal parasites that w/c animals can possess. It takes up an entire chapter of my surgical and medical reptile husbandry book. Most likely your captive born and bred animal will have none of them as they are not fed a diet of lizards, frogs or any other high parasite animal.
