Well, Snickers had her first 2 pinky dinner a couple days ago. She did well, no trouble at all. We waited the 48 hours before handling her again. I took her out of her home and was playing with her for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden she got really, really still and stiff. Then I felt something gooey on my hand...I got pooped on! Icky!!! This has been a rough two weeks. Pup and cat are puking everywhere, now the snake is poopin on me! I feel gross and need to shower :lol

Yeah, they tend to do that. Maybe the exercise gets them going... I usually wait until they've pooped on their own to handle them, or I give them a quick bath. They usually do their business in the water, and then they're safe to handle. :) I once had a 4 ft. corn poop right down the inside of my shirt! Now that was gross...

Everybody gets it eventually - if one of my snakes goes very still when I'm handling it, I take a peek at the vent, and if it's starting to open up, I hold it over the nearest tank/toilet/garbage can until it goes. It's saved me a few times.
