Feces Changed Appearance?

So I'm still new to being a snake owner and I want to ease my consciousness... My husband fed my snake for me last night while I was at work. (she's 3 feetish long and laid a clutch of eggs a few weeks ago. We couldn't figure out why she wouldn't eat the first month we had her and then she laid eggs. Doh.)

I had been feeding her a small adult every 5 days because I don't know how well she was fed before we got her and she has been eating eagerly since laying eggs. Last night the mouse was a little bigger than normal (almost a full adult size). This morning there was a pile of black chunks in the corner of the tank. There was a pile white chalky stuff in the middle (Urates, right?) but all her previous feces (4 of them) had been green and white and resembled bird feces.

I was initially worried that she had regurged because it was black and last night was the first black mouse we had fed, but I don't think it was because: It had the white chalky urates, it didn't resemble a mouse at all (which, after only a few hours I assume it would?) and it didn't stink like a rotting corpse like I've read about.

Is there a reason why there was so much fur? Is this 'a problem' or just a normal change?

Thanks so much! I want to do everything right!

I'm newish myself but my corns poop has always been black with chalky white urates. Don't think shes ever had greenish poop so I wouldn't worry if it's black. Popcorn is on double pinks at the mo but will be moving up in the next couple of weeks.

I see the green, liquid poop when my females are gravid. Maybe it's from being squeezed around all those eggs. The chunky stuff is her getting back to normal.
