Is there any way quicker than another to get fed ex certified? Also, what is the approximate wait time once the package is mailed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am new to shipping out my animals.
 
There is only one way to get FedEx certified and the time it takes can vary quite a bit, depending mostly upon how fast your rep gets the paperwork to you. Getting the box approved is the easy part and usually doesn't take too long.
