I have these plastic sleeves that I've used to hold feed/ID cards on snake tubs. They're completely a completely clear pocket with an adhesive backing. Peel and stick them to your tubs or cages to easily store your feed/ID cards. With the clear front, you can easily see the snake's info, feed dates, sheds, and whatever else you want to keep track of.

They're large enough to hold a 6x4 or 5x3 notecard, but I found the 5x3 to be easiest to get in and out quickly with extra slack on the sides, but YMMV.
