I'm currently using the Munson Plan as a rough guideline for feeding my corn hatchlings. The problem is the size of the frozen pinks that have been available are either very small at 1g or very large 4-5g.
My four snakes are 15g, 14g, 8g, and 6g. One small pink is perfect for the two smaller hatchlings but it is not near enough for the two larger snakes. One of those pinks produces a barely noticeable lump.
I've gone to feeding the larger snakes two of the 1g pinks(the MP calls for one 2-3g pink for their sizes) as the bigger pinks available still look much too large. The lump is more noticeable with the two pinks but it is completely gone after only a day.
Would it be ok to feed them three of the tiny pinks or should I feed them just the two smaller pinks at a higher frequency?
They are currently getting fed every 7 days but I was thinking that moving them to 5 days and keeping them on two pinks would be a better idea than having that much length of food in their digestive tracts.
