It varies.

you see i wait 3-4 days to handle Tango after a feed but the other day i was pooped on and i have to be honest its the first time it has happened and it made me sick, i dont want to stop handling but i DONT EVER want to be pooped on again ( if i can help it !)
how do you guys do it ?!

This has happened to a lot of us. One thing you can try to do to avoid it, is look around his viv and see it he has pooed before handling him. You can also look to see if there is any swelling around his vent. If there is some swelling, that may mean he is ready to poo.

LOL congrats on your first time being poo'ed on. He is only small and he made you sick .... wait till he is full grown and then poops on you lol.
