I had the same problem. My new corn wouldnt feed anywhere but his viv. I ended up putting a piece thing piece of cardboard down whenever I feed him. He eats on it, then goes back to his hide. Seems to be working out nicely.
I dont think ingesting any kind of substrate would be good for it, as mentioned on here before. That said, Im sure when they in the wild the ingest all sorts of crazy stuff :)

... that should say thin piece of cardboard... :)

It will probably go through without incident, but keep your eye on the poop so you can be sure it's emerged.

If you see any sort of unusual swelling or lumps in the meantime, it could mean trouble in the form of a blockage - time for a vet visit. Hopefully an unlikely outcome.

How are you guys feeding in the container? Try this: Heat the pink to very hot. Cut four slits in the back of the pink with a tiny scissors. Place the pink in the deli cup. Place the snake in the deli cup. Cover the cup with a dish towel, set the stove timer for 60 minutes, do not peek! If, after an hour, the snake hasn't eaten, reheat and repeat. If, after an hour, the snake hasn't eaten, reheat, place the whole thing in the viv and leave over night. I feed in the evening.
