I just got this little thing from the depot. She is currently exploring all around the tub, little tongue flicking. I only held her long enough to look her over, snap a couple pictures, and weigh her. She's currently 28 grams, and doesn't appear to have any old shed. I am just dying to get a mouse into her, but will wait a few days until she's settled in.

When I took her out of the deli cup, she was very docile. No "s" pose, no visible fear. Could just be from the shipping, but I hope the docility stays with her.

When I get my other snake shipped (anery motley/stripe het hypo), I think they will make a great pair in a couple years, and then their babies will make some nice combos even further out :)

This is my first snake ever shipped and seems to have gone well so far, but I will be watching her closely for any signs of potential illness.

I am really happy that her dorsal stripe is so clean too, I prefer that over the ones I have seen with broken or jagged stripes.
 
Thank you Nancy. She didn't look blue but could be in the clear phase. Her eyes didn't look milky at all.

Now to get my hands on a male tessera XD

What heat tape would you recommend to build a tub rack with? Forgot to ask in my initial post.
