Female with eggs and odd swelling

This female has laid for me before and I have never noticed this before. She has a swelling right before her vent that looks like a bound up egg. I've had this happen to another female in the past so I know what egg binding looks and feels like. I can feel around 20 eggs in this girl but the swelling has no feeling of an egg there. She is about 1 and 1/2 weeks past prelay shed. Any ideas what this is?

I would take her to a reptile vet immediately. If she becomes egg-bound she could very well die from it. Best of luck, and let us know how it works out!
