Well its been a few weeks since i started my project and today i just finished moving it in. I probably have $150 invested, and the hour count got thrown out the window after 20 .
started out with various lengths of hardwood, figured and cut them into 6", 12", and 18" pieces. Jigged them up on the table, glued and clamped them overnight.
welded 1.5" X 1.5" 1/8 angle into top and bottom frames, later to weld the corner pieces in. Lots of grinding/filing.
Painted the frame and cut all of the wood to presure fit upon assembly. i left quite a few steps out as i was unable to keep the camera throughout the entire process but you get the rough idea .
