Well my male finally shed so I placed him and the female together. The male is an Opal and the female is Pastel Ghost Motley. Both are 4 or 5 yrs. old and well over 500 grams. I watched them a little while after putting them together and nothing, so I went and took a shower. I checked on them after my shower and they were going at it. The paper towel substrate had a small dot (about the size of a pencil eraser) of what I believe to be sperm, but I guess I will have to wait and see. Should I put them together a few more times to make sure? Thanks!

Congrats!!! Yes, It never hurts to put them together a few more times. I would wait about 3 days and then put them together again. Then maybe one more time if you want.

Good luck!
