Fire pied sided (low expression) ?

Lilou

Italian sweetie ^.^
Hi guys :)
This is one of the last new entries in my home.
He was hatched from an italian guy who is the only one here to have some pied sided. I've read that there are 2 incompatible lines (I suppose with different genes?) of pied sided, but I don't know at which line he belongs.
(This guy know almost nothing about them.)

I wanted to know if I can call him "Pied sided low expression", as he has got only 2 white blotches, one on each side.. but he's got a stunning head! :)

Here he is:

This is the A side (right):

This year I'll try to bred him with an adult female het fire (amel bloodred) I bought with him, but she has not the same male provenience. She seems to gave some pieds last year.. of course they didn't know the line (I know, I have a lot to work here!).. But we will see! Finger crossed. :)

Hi,

Now that's a beautiful animal regardless of the debate on the Pied-sided issue.

One that I would be pleased to have in my own Collection ;)

Every success with your future plans.

Kind regards. Lex

Stunning!

I've wondered what pied fire would look like and now I know. That is a great pick up! Congratulations.

Please keep posting pics. I love how bright.

Cheers

I think the brightness, colour saturation and diffusion are what make the pieds so special in my eyes, rather than how much the pied areas are expressed

Thanks to everybody, guys :#) I'm so proud about it!
And he weights only 98 grams. I can't imagine his look as adult!

I agree! But I wonder if it's the contrast between the bright white and the rich red that makes the red so beautiful.

Thanks boss and everybody else! : )))
I'll tell you about his progression. I hope to be able to bred him this year, maybe in a couple months. I'll let you know! :)

..I didn't hope to update so soon! :D
But.. I'm so excited! This is the first breeding of this season here. I think I started in the best way! Now, fingers crossed and let's hope that all will be good. :)
