I was out with my son today and we happened upon a group of 3 baby garter snakes under some bark by a log. He was excited because we haven't seen any snakes for a while.

Any one else have photos of their first snake encounters of the season?

That is such a cute picture! You would think he had hit the snake jackpot ;)

I have seen a black racer in central FL but thats about it. But, I am working with snakes this summer so I am sure I will see many! I am hoping to see an indigo :D
