I just got my first corn snake today, a cremesicle that is about 14-16" long.

I have him/her in a 20L with aspen, UTH hooked up to a thermostat, two hides and a water bowl.

Adorable! Congrats on the baby! It's always fun to take a pic after each shed because you can see the saddles come together and it get older~

He is not a corn snake, but he is very beautiful!!
He is a hybrid baby, a mix of cornsnake and rat snake.
And he will be a wonderful pet.
Congrats!!

Yea, I realized that after my initial post. Tks, Im sure I WILL get another. :p

Alot of people don't know, and I wasn't sure if you did or not. He is just wonderful though! And you sound like you are at the beginning of an addiction!
If you wanted a mate for him, someone here sells striped creams from time to time...or if you wanted to go the pure route the possibilites are endless!

I swear, all those poor people who don't keep these animals have no idea what they are missing!!

I have a creamsicle too they are awesome mine has the best temperment. She loves to be held and fights when she knows she is being put back in her bin. The clear transparent color around the saddles will turn to the yellow color. Here is my "Butter" my creamsicle

Well since we're sharing creamsicles, here is mine. Leroy. And just a little word of advice. Sometimes having such a young snake in such a large 20L enclosure can stress the snake out. I would make sure to include A LOT of hides if you keep it in that size viv. Or at least consider scaling back to a 10gal for a while. But then again, if the snake seems healthy and has no problem eating, maybe it doesn't mind the space.
