I got my snake on Sunday the 26th. This evening he was poking around and looking like he was hunting. He's just a baby, 2.5-3 months. So I got a pinkie ready for him, but he wasn't showing a lot of interest. So I decided to just cut it a little to get the scent out there. I turned around and washed up, sat down and looked over and it was gone. He's happily snuggled under his paper towel and has been thus for 2 hours. I see no sighs of regurgitation, so I am a happy mama!! I was pretty worried about his first feeding but it seems I was worried about nothing. :D I just had to share! I'd fed BPs before, but that guy had needed baiting. Hitch had no desire to chase it, apparently he just wanted to make sure it was what he liked!
