First Shed

So Indy's getting quite ansy right now, and I can tell that she is going to shed quite soon, as her scales are really dull. But her eyes haven't turned blue yet. About how long will it take for her to shed? I can see a tiny piece of her old skin starting to come off at the tip of her nose. This is normal, right? For her to start shedding before her eyes are blue?

Thanks:D

Sounds to me like you might have missed to blue stage. The colors will dull, the eyes will cloud over, clear up, then they will shed. If the skin is starting to come off on the nose, the shed is happening lol.

I second that. You missed the blue stage, and she is now clear and ready to shed! So in 48 hours or less, she should be done. Be sure to check her for retained eye caps, or more likely, retained shed on the tail tip. We can help you get it off her, but that is important to do immediately.
