Thanks all, this guy was given to us from a woman who used him in educational programs. He gets the typical king snake excitement when we open his cage. So we have to be careful but once out of the cage he is a gentle baby.

Nanci, I haven't weight this big guy in a long time. Never felt the need. I should weight him some day.
 
What a beautiful snake. I especially love how his eyes just blend right in with his pattern.

Thanks Lori, he is one of my more aggressive snakes though. I tend to have to pull the hook out before I can work with him. My SO is still gun shy with this guy. Me, I can carry him around after about 5 minutes out of the cage.
