Just an innocent question -

If you thought the food item was TOO large, why did you feed it to him?

Nice snake, btw :)

Melissa

why i fed him

i didnt want to feed the little guy a big mouse but i gave one of my other snakes the mouse and then she came in, i tried to get her away and letting the other eat but she really wanted the mouse.so i thought, well , try to eat it then.....

Perfect example of why snakes should be fed seperately, in seperate containers.

us usually i do.....

but my ghost is always hungry and he eats mice very fast.
i thought it couldnt harm..
i was wrong

Just some advise. DO NOT FEED IT IN BARK SUBSTRATE!!! It might swallow some bark leading to intestinal problems or disease. Always feed your snake in a different cage than its normal tank and always feed snakes seperatly.
