Freezer not working right, is it safe to feed mouse to snake?

I took out a mouse from the freezer today when I noticed it's already thawed. There's runny blood in the bag the mouse is in, and the mouse is squishy. I'm not sure how long it's been thawed for in the freezer, but I do know my freezer hasn't been working properly for atleast 20 days, the food in it didn't freeze, (I didn't think of that when I put the mice in).

My question is, would the mouse be decomposing already, (it's been in the freezer for three weeks) and is it ok for my snake to eat this mouse?

Are you being serious? Your freezer hasn't been freezing for 20 days, you wanna know if you can feed the mice, and now if you can keep your lunch pail, lol? You can wash with antibacterial whatever, rinse, and allow to dry keeping the lunch pail just not parishbles. Parishables are things that will rot like food when not kept at proper temps. Now if you have any popcicles or icecream that could be tasty;)

As a person with a food safety training, I wouldn't gamble. Can you be certain that the freezers temperature, didn't rise above 41F? NO! That would include the cooler you had inside. In a sense, you would be gambling with the life of your pets and if you had food in there, yourself and your family.

In all reality, it's not worth the risk.
