Frost fell

Beardie pro, snake noob
I just picked up my little guy and I guess I misjudged the angle in which he was going and he fell. I feel so bad. What do I need to look for to ensure he is alright? He SEEMS fine, coiling around my hand as I type. After it happened, I set him on my bed (where he promptly crapped:puke01:
What do you guys think? The fall was maybe 2 1/2 - 3 feet, if that matters
Thanks

When I had my first corn snake, I accidentally dropped the weighted lid of the aquarium on his head - I thought he would surely have died, his jaw was messed up and everything, but he yawned and all was good. I was so scared that he would die, but he did just fine- and I tossed the aquarium and got him a tub. I am sure that he will be fine from a little fall. They're pretty resilient, just make sure you're a little more cautious next time :)

I can only say I have seen 5 foot Texas ratsnakes off from about 10 to 15 feet off of my Martin houses and truck off to the range behind and digest the Martins. So, a fall of 3 feet more then likely did not hurt him.

I've occasionally dropped a corn and never had any lasting effects. The hatchlings especially are pretty darn bouncy and resilient. I would worry too much about it.
