"Frou Frou", the one I didn't give to Susan. ;)

Originally I was sending my 2.3 hatchlings from a Lava het anery x Granite pairing to Susan to thin my keeper numbers down, but I just couldn't part with this little normal gal, so I only brought 1.1 anerys and 1.1 normals with me to Daytona to deliver.

Here's the 0.1 normal that I couldn't give up: Miss Frou Frou.

I love her deep deep red coloration and those big 'ole saddles. She looks so much like my hets for lava charcoal as hatchlings that I couldn't resist holding on to her. She even has the "white" longitudinal striping and diminished tiger bars like my other lava hets.

very nice.........i can see why you would keep her. killer reds on that one and very healthy looking.

I doubt that I would be able to part with her either! Great looking holdback with alot of potential!

Holy moly, those are some red saddles...those are, like, Carol Miami red. :grin01:

Definite keeper. Yeah.

regards,
jazz

Absolutely stunning! I can't say I blame you for holding onto her! Might need the sunglasses warning next time you post her though!

I sure don't blame you for keeping her! She's absolutely lovely! Of course, I'm still in a mild state of shock over the ones you DID give me!

Frou Frou

Yeah what is it with CCCorns and their redder-than-red normals anyway? I have a trio from them and they are GORGEOUS. :D

I'm sure is has NOTHING to do with having someone in CCCorns who actively selects away from yellow/orange and towards RED/orange. Hehehhe.

I think Lava Bloods are going to be a real winner. I also have a hold back het Lava Blood from one of my pairings and she is the reddest red rat I own that is not homo Blood.
Beautiful snakie!

OK, and it's driving me crazy, where's the name from? Aristocats? Some other Disney movie? It's been on the tip of my tounge for days now!

Frou Frou is the horse pulling Madame's carriage in Aristocats.

The other 4 were named Berlioz, Toulouse, Marie, and Duchess, but I think Susan changed Marie.

Heh. I knew it was from that movie, but I went through all the cat's names and couldn't figure it out. ;) Thanks for putting me out of my misery, it was driving me nuts!
