Georgia - '09 Amel Stripe progression

Bats in the belfry
I got Georgia for my girlfriend (requin) last Christmas from Don at SMR. She has had an excellent temperament since we got her. She's always very calm...never shy about being passed around and handled, and I think aside from when we got her out of her deli cup she hasn't struck at either of us once. She just had her second shed with us, so I figured I should do this before I get too far behind!

A couple from the day we got her (excuse the blurriness - iPhone pics):

My personal favorite, the, "what do you think you're doin' with that camera?!" look:

We were surprised at how bright she got with this shed, and her stripe is noticably darker, especially on her neck. I was wondering, though, and I hope this isn't a dumb question, whether her stripe is going to completely "fill in" or will it always be broken as it gets further down her body?

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh she's gorgeous! Love that last picture!

My understanding of stripes is that they (for now at least) always break up near the tail. No one has seemed to be able to get it done all the way down. I think it's cool- like a fade near the end...

Anyway, she's sweet- lucky girlfriend.

Isn't it? It's definitely one of my favorite pictures of either of our snakes! Thanks for the comments you guys, and thank you for the info on the stripe, girthta!
