• Hello!

Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.

Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....

Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

We're nearing the end of 2006, so it's time to start compiling for the 2007 TJSAC Breeder's List. This list goes out in the newsletter and is also posted here on Cornsnakes.com for people to print out. Breeders are listed by State with a section for listing by Country for those outside of the US.

Here is a link to last year's list, to give you an idea of what to expect:

http://cccorns.com/freepics/06Jan/BL2006.pdf

Notice will go out in the newletter this month and I will be posting a link in this thread soon for you to sign up online.

I'm going to increase the allowed space for description to 250 characters (including spaces) for this year so you have a little more room to move. The description is for you to highlight any morphs you specialize in, advertise what you'll be having for 2007, or whatever you choose.

Here are the categories if you want to start thinking about your entry:

Your Full Name
Snakery Name (Company Name)
EDIT: ACR Breeder Number has been added
(with a link to your page from the online breeder listing)
Location (City,ST) or (Country) for those outside the US
Website URL
Phone (optional)
Email (optional)
Preferred Contact Method (Email, Phone, or Both)
Description - (limit to 250 characters, including spaces)

Man, no breeders from CT on that list. Why do I have a feeling that will change this year? :)

Yeah, with the online form, I think it will be easier and we'll be seeing more and more breeders on the list. :D

Should be ready to roll here in just a bit.

If we were already in the 2006 list, do we need to reapply for the 2007 listing? Thanks!
Carol

Yes, 2 reasons...

1 - I'm changing the input route so the database is different

and

2 - The desciptions generally change with what you're producing each year, so it's good to have people check that their info is still correct. :)

I'm working out some bugs caused by my electrowhatever field and the input page link will be posted here.

Hi,

Didn't know that list even existed... Good work :)

I will send my "stuff" when the link is ready ;)

OK, it should be good to go.

Be sure you double check your information prior to submitting. There's no going back and changing it later, so it's best to have that description all planned out ahead of time. ;)

250 space/character limit on the description.

You can write it in Microsoft Word and have it count the characters is you wish. (In my version of Word, it's in the tools menu, click "word count" and look in the list for "characters with spaces".)

Email me with any questions. (email in my sig line)

I also wanted to add that this listing is open to everyone, not just TJSAC subscribers and not just North Americans.

Deadline for entry is December 1st so that a printed list can be sent out and a printable PDF can be placed on this forum for download and printing/handing out.

You can list anything, but since it's going out to corn people best to have some corns on there somewhere. ;)

Not a problem at all.

I'd also like to mention for non-USA/Canadian residents that the form is able to handle foreign entries as well and will put them in a section together separated by countries like the USA and Canadian entries are separated by states/provinces. Thought it may prove helpful.

The online version will be available and has a black and white feature for easy printing. Entries are due in by December 1 and any TJSAC subscibers will be receiving a condensed paper copy with their newsletters.

Check it out, we've updated the page to make the online version complete with links to breeders' websites, email, etc.

Last chance, breeders!

I will be finalizing the list to be disbursed and the deadline is Nov. 30th. If you will be producing corns for 2007 and wish to sign up, you've got 10 days.

View the list so far here, click the link at the top to sign up.

This list will be posted in the TJSAC forum for the year and everyone will have access to it when looking for breeders. It's separated by states (and country) for people looking for breeders locally.

OOOPPS!!I forgot to add the Butters when I was listing the snakes.....anyway I or you can change that? I know (I really did read it several times) :sidestep:

Butter added to list. :)

Just a note to USA people. DON'T put USA as your country, leave it blank. (It says state/province OR country...yeah, I know, not the hugest flag. :D ) Yes, Canadians, we need your country listed.

If you enter anything into the Country category, it takes it as a country and files you as such. (So it's all grouped together separate from USA for ease of findability.)

Also, please do use the capital abbreviations for state/province. The program is case sensitive, so CA is a different state than Ca. ;)

And country is not county. :grin01:

OK, I believe I've got everything fixed in the database. Have fun!
