Getting this new boy? Opinions?

It's my first time dealing with someone that isn't a commercial breeder like BHB or Big Apple, and I found this beautiful four year old reverse okatee boy who is a proven breeder with several hets.
The man I am buying him from is downgrading his collection and has this boy listed for $70. Does that seem low or high? I'm new in the herp world and I'm not too picky about the overall look of the snake, I just know that eventually I want to breed some reverse okatees and I know this guy can help me do it.
And my lord shipping is expensive! It was only $35 for my BHB baby and this guy is shipping for $65!
Here are some pictures of him:

It's not a bad price. I personally am not a big fan of the pale orange, but his borders are nice. Make sure to look up the seller on the Board of Inquiry over on faunaclassifieds.com.

I guess with hets that is a good price.
Shipping is a lot more expensive when you are an individual vs a huge company.
I bet the companies have a deal with FedEx, whereas if you're an individual it all goes by weight plus overnight priority fees.
