Gidget is laying at last!!!

New 2 site, not 2 corns
After 2 confirmed hookups (March 17 and March 22) this darling has kept me waiting and wondering what the holdup was. She started refusing meals on April 16 and shed May 7. I had been expecting to find eggs every morning for the last couple of weeks and she finally started today! There are 8 perfect eggs so far and more on the way :D

Thanks!
Gidget is amel het for caramel and motley (sire ACR4242- motley amel; dam ACR4236- butter). Phoenix was sold to me as "hypo" with no further info given.
Not sure what kind of surprise this clutch will contain.

Gidget gave me a total of 18 perfect eggs! She looks so skinny today but ate a small mouse and seems to be doing well.

Time for an update....

Gidget is doing well and still eating like a monster.
Today is day 61 for her clutch and I am starting to go crazy!!!
Lost a few along the way but have 10 good looking eggs that show veins when candled. Now if only the waiting was over :boring:

August Update

Wow has this been an interesting experience... none of the times have been "by the book". After all the waiting I am happy to report that I now have some progress.

The first hatched on Aug 4 (day 73 of the clutch), the second on Aug 6 and the third on Aug 7. The first two have already shed and each ate a pinkie :)

Now today, day 81 for the clutch, I have three more noses peeking.
