Good plant for corn snake terrarrium?

I've got me a 4.5' corn snake inside a 4x2x2 terrarium and am wondering what bush/shrub might be good to include for climbing?

Being that I'm in Florida, I'm trying to keep it native, seem to have access to some Dwarf Holly Yaupon and/or Dwarf Walter's Viburnum. Do you all know if there's anything about these plants that could bother the snake?

I don't know much about plants, but here's a really basic page about dangerous woods: http://animals.mom.me/dangerous-wood-types-reptiles-5604.html

TL;DR: Make sure no chemicals were used, don't use cedar or pine, make sure to sterilize anything that comes from outside.

I have some maple branches for Maple. If you want something leafy, I would recommend getting some fake plants like these vines:

I have the same size terrarium as you do and these vines cover a lot of space. They won't die or turn brown and are super easy to maintain. I can post a picture later when I get home if you want.

Hello!

Well, I was quite excited, yet disappointed, when I found this...

To see Holly LEAVES and berries listed as toxic, even though the plant does prefer some sun, I was thinking that it would've been good for climbing/hiding/pruning how ever you want. I wonder, is it that it releases toxic oils? The only other 2 or 3 foot shrub/bush (Dwarf Walter Viburnum) the native nursery had wasn't recommended for indoors either, but I'm thinking of trying it...

They suggested I get Purple Love Grass and some wood branches, I guess I need to better clarify, I'm trying to avoid having to spend $100+ on some good pieces of wood, and give the snake something dense and branchy to climb. I do have a 10 gallon aquarium light I could use if I must.

Anyhow, now here's another matter related to this issue -
What do you all think of somehow treating and quarantining a plant before putting it into the snake terrarium to help make sure it doesn't bring in any mites and stuff with it? Could it be sprayed with neem oil and kept isolated for a certain period of time, but how long, and how strong a dose of neem oil could one use, 1oz per 1 gallon?

Another thought. You might want to get in touch with the bioactive folks. They use live plants in their vivs. They may know what is safe or not. For a number of reasons most of us do not use live plants in our vivs with corn snakes.

In the long run, you will save money with non-living decor which can be disinfected.
