I agree with Katie. Definatley not an amelanistic. And the charcoal looks more like an anery to me due to the high contrast between the saddles and ground colour, and the brown colouration. Charcoals tend to have less constrast and a more silver colouration.
 
Looks like a sunglow to me theres too much contrast to hypo is the tops ones eyes red? and the second could very well be a charcoal (anery B) which does have the high contrast but still lacks the brownish color. to check good comparison pics look at South Mountain Reptiles www.cornsnakes.net
 
yeah i saw the eyes. was leaving room for possible camera trick. but understood so what would be the next possible answer?
