Well out of my 16 egg clutch I have 15 healthy babies that all emerged over the past few days. One looked a little strange in the egg so I decided to help it out. Well needles to say it was DIE. This is what I saw when I opened it up.

oh man sorry for your loss, too bad it didnt survive i never seen a two headed snow before if that is what im seeing
 
You know, in the first picture, if you look at it just right, the tail looks like a third head...
 
Nope it pipped and I could tell something was wrong because most of the egg was filled up with the yolk sac, the tail is completely curled up and it wasn't moving. :(

what a bummer. i had a similar yesterday...not two heads (!) but a late pipper who was seriously kinked and prolapsed. of course it had to happen to the only sunkissed bloodred in the clutch.
