Graffiti and Scribbles, the Fl King Hybrids

CaptBogart

False Prophet
Well they shed and ate a few times since Daytona, so I wanted to do an update like I said I would in my Daytona pick up thread. I know I had their pics labeled Goini x Holbrooki, as that was the stack I started in, but they are in fact Goini x Brooksi. I guess I didn't notice there were more than one Goini cross as I searched patterns and colors... The male does actually look like what I'd picture a patternless Appalachicola X Speckled King to look like. I don't mind though, as Fl King runs in my Jurassic Milks and it'll be cool to try to work a patternless version in, yet I digress, as I'm sure you're just here for the pics, :)

I set these up in the light tent with a few full spectrum bulbs placed all around....

Thanks for looking...

WHAT? Those are incredible! I can't believe how bright they are, and the patternless one is just about perfect. Congrats, I'm definitely jealous!

I did not expect such *gorgeous* snakes when I opened this thread.....Graffiti and scribbles are amazing looking (and I love the names!)

So Joe I wasn't sure when you where gonna put these lovelies in a box & ship them my way?
You do realize you only encouraging me more & more on breeding a hybrid from Zipper!

WOAH! They are fantastic!!

OUCH!!! Too HOT to touch! Such lovely snakes! I love the names too!

I can't wait to see how they grow up!

Woah Nellie, those kings are outstanding!

Thanks, I must have gone through 50 deli cups trying to find some Hybrid Kings to add into my own projects, and was ecstatic when I came across these two... Lol, I have 5 Post-Its floating around with names that I think up or come across surfing the web, one of which is dedicated solely to pairs... I was saving these names for something really cool like a pair of Aztecs, but it fits them well I think ;)

Lol! Like I said, to make Jurassic's you breed a Cali to a Florida, then breed the offspring to a Hondo, and with her pattern you could make some really cool ones I think, even in the F1's...

We will have to talk more on this. Your right though with her pattern they could look awesome.
Hey Joe has anyone ever done a Cali x Corn (Jungle) then cross offspring with a Hondo?

Not sure, I'll have to check the Hybrid forum, but it sounds like something someone would have done by now...

Wow look at those two! I'm shocked! Simply stunning snakes. Just so you know, I'm going to steal them from you!

How are their personalities / temperaments?

We're stealing Scribbles the next time we come over.

I have decoy tubs with fake labels, Mwahahahaha

Their heads are amazing and sooo detailed!

That's the Florida Kings for you, some of the coolest head patterns IMO...

Scribbles is a strange little fella! Absolutly gorgeous though :)

Wow, if someone was selling those, just imagine what they held back!!!

He kept a 2.5 patternless and 1.1 that were striped from head to tail out of three clutches... Graffiti is partial stripe, on her neck and at the tail... ;)

I've never had any problems with Florida Kings, but I'm always taking them out so they get handled a lot. They tail rattle sometimes, but that's about it here...
