To be honest, I don't have a snake yet, because I have nowhere to keep one. So, to curb my pangs of desire and anticipation I'm reading up on everything I can. I've already read quite a few of the threads on each of the topics here, and there seem to be alot of really nice people here.

I hope to be a better member when I can get my awaited-for cornsnake. I'm waiting until my bestfriend and I can get an apartment. Hopefully it won't take too long. ^_^

So, I just wanted to say Hi and try not to be a stranger. Thanks.

Welcome, but i'm afraid to say you may have made a mistake coming here to "curb (your) pangs of desire and anticipation"... this place is a good way to FUEL an addiction, not delay it :)
 
Sarae is right! We are ENABLERS here. Welcome to the forums, feel free to ask questions. You will be a better owner for reading BEFORE you get a snake instead of after like I did!
 
Hello & welcome! At least you will have plenty of time to decide exactly what morph you want. That will either enable you to stay at one for awhile or ensure that you get several to start off with! If you haven't already seen it, here is a good thread with most of the common terms used on here.
