And still dirtier, varied sized mice, in my experience.
 
I've had hit or miss luck with them, but not so badly I wouldn't buy again if the sale was good. Most rodent places have disappointed at some point or another.
 
I have _definitely_ been disappointed by Mice Direct. I even wrote a thread about it. TBC, OTOH, has been excellent, so far.
 
Big Cheese has sent my order to the wrong state twice. Outside of that and Out of Stock items, I'm very happy with them. They are my go-to.
 
I've not been too happy with Layne Labs, pinks were highly variable for day olds but they worked. I sorely and seriously miss Ray & Edna Queen and The Mouse Factory!
 
I use Mice Direct and will continue to do so because of the attention to customer service.

One time I was trying to place an order and couldn't access my account so I called and left a message stating my problem. Heath called back saying they're working on it and just to email my order and pay later.
When I received the order I noticed some of the bags cracked open due to contact with the dry ice. I notified them of it and the next order I received all the plastic bags and dry ice were wrapped separately in brown paper curing the issue.
I do agree that the sizes do vary in some of the bags of mice which I again notified them of the issue. Hopefully it will be cured by my next order.
As for cleanliness, the mice and rats have always been very clean.
My orders are delivered on time and still frozen solid.
Overall I'm a happy customer
