Hello again, I was just wondering what type (brand) of UTH & thermostat you recommend (ive got one set up side mount with a heat lamp) I'm thinking i'm going to need upgrade this set up before winter.

I also see many pics on the forum of snakes running free in the grass and being handled. How often should i handle my snake before i try letting her free on the ground??? ( she hasn't bitten me but i'm usually only handling her b4 i feed her)

And finally how big should i let her get b4 i try sexing "her"? (shes 15 grams and about 16 inches)

You can only pop hatchling snakes and probe adult snakes, but really allow someone experienced to do so the animal is not harmed. As far as letting your snake loose your asking for a quick get away better to keep them in hand to be safe. You can handle your snake once a day except for 2-3 days after a feeding to let them digest.
