Happy Memorial Day

snakemom1961

Spring is here!
Happy Memorial Day everyone.

Lets all take a moment out of our day today to say thanks to those who have given their lives so we can live with the freedoms we have in this great country.

I would like to thank everyone who has served our country for our freedom. We're losing an entire generation of vets, too, from the second world war. The oldest medal of honor winner passed away recently. We have so many people to thank for what we have.

Thank you, American vets!!

Can't believe only three responses.....

to thid thread. Thanks to snakemom, stephan, and dionythicus.

Thanks to my father and my uncle William R. Craddock for their service. My uncle was career Air Force and came out of retirement for Desert Storm.

Thanks to all on CS who seved and to all who have served and given.

I saw this and feel it says all....

All gave some, some gave all.

Not only a time to reflect on those American men and women who have given their lives, but a time to remember all men and women serving, of all nations, who gave their lives in the pursuit of peace and freedom.

Happy Memorial Day to all our fellow service men and women. Remembering those of the past and all they gave. Saying prayers for all that are serving this day to keep us all safe!

To my fellow US service families and friends, all my best, you are all in my thoughts and heart today and everyday!

I love you PVT Ryan J. Skillings, stay strong, HOOAH!

Remember why they do what they have done and what they continue to do today.
