ok so far 3 of the four have hatched..I have 2 that are twins,,one is 3 grams the other 4 grams..im not sure what to feed them. they are sooooo small. There is a reptile show here tomorrow and i hope to pick up some pink mice but sheesh that seems to large.do they eat anything else to start. Im sorry this is my first experience and the eggs were sorta not planned..anyway any advise would be great I got them this far and would like them to do well now..thanks

As gross as it may sound, pinkie heads are generally used with such a tiny little baby, if there's no way to get a small enough pinkie down. I'm sure others with more experience will chime in sometime today and give you more advice than that, as I am currrently experiencing my first clutch of pippies also. Congratulations, btw!

I have had a couple 4 gram babies. I just fed new born mice (f/t of course) and they were able to get them down just fine :)

Hi Coolsnakesky i thought maybe i could give you a couple more suggestions.

Here we have what are called "rubys". Those are just born pinkies and are smaller. Helps to have your own mice for that. Perhaps some one at the show ill have those.
A second suggestion is to cut the legs off to hopefully make the eating easier.
I recall a 2 gr hatchling picture that had eaten a pinkie with no problems. Good luck to you and your lil ones. :eatpointe
