hello i woke up to a scratching noise coming from my conservatory so i went and had a look and i saw billibob scratching on the corner off his viv (he is a male) could he be a girl or is he just telling me he wants to come out ?
 
I'm sorry, but what kind of critter is BilliBob? That would help in determining if the scratching behavior is sexually related.

I don't know why scratching at the corner of the tank would make it a male or a female - thats a behavior I think is quite possible for either sex to have.
 
digging and corner digging is a beardie trait. It has nothing to do with what sex they are :) It can also mean all kinds of things from boredom to wanting out to run to wanting a drink or food.... or just trying to rearrange the place lol :)
