About the heating pads, is there a need to put 1 in my viv , cause im located in a tropical country..temperature between 24-32 degrees cel? worried that tropical temperature plus heating pad he( blood corn of ~1yr) might just boil

With those ambient temperatures, a heating pad may not be necessary. If you do use one, then be sure and put it on a thermostat so that it shuts off if the temperature goes above 30 C.

If it gets coldish at night at some parts of the year, you could get a small heatmat which you only turn on at night.
