Hello everybody! I just recently purchased my Okeetee from a local breeder and so far so good. She's still quite shy, which I expected. I cant wait for her to get comfortable so we can start becoming better friends. Here is the only picture i have of her so far, more to come!

Hi enigma94,

First of all "Welcome to the Forum"!

There is a lot of very nice people here with a lot of good advice and remember: "there are no stupid questions if you don't know the answers" so if you have a question….
Also, it might already have been asked/answered and there is a search option which is very handy. ;)

Also, when I first joined the Forum, I was given two very handy/interesting url and it is now my turn to pass them on plus a couple that I personally find good:

Also, here are some discussions about cohabitation so that you can make your mind up but be prepared as the last one is very graphic:

With regards to books, these are the ones that I heard the most about:
- "Corn Snakes : The Comprehensive Owner's Guide" by Kathy Love
- "The Art of Keeping Snakes" by Philippe De Vosjoli

I have both books and I really enjoyed reading them, they are really good!

Again, welcome!
