Hello All!

Hello and welcome! It's a great community with a lot of good people and then there is Wade. LOL!!

So, tell us a little more about yourself. Do you have any pics of your pets?

Good Luck!

I have beardies, waxy monkey tree frogs, chameleons, and my friend might be giving me his corn snake, so i though i would find forum for snakes and stumbled upon this. I want to learn the care and everything for them before i take his snake. I want to be able to give it the absolute best care.

An excellent idea to browse this site. All kinds of good stuff here. Please let us know if you do receive that snake and certainly post pictures.

No problem, I'm a new owner as well and I've been reading all of the care sheets I could find online, I believe that one is the best one. Good luck!

You're welcome, there's a lot of information on this site. The search function will find a lot and you can always just ask about things you can't find.

I had to google waxy monkey tree frog, it just sounded like you made up that name!

Hi RadiantReptiles. I think this place may have already saved my snake. I was originally thinking about cohabbing & they educated me that this was not generally a good idea. There is a lot of knowledge & expertise here, some major breeders who really care about their snakes & some smaller breeders who are really amazing too and generally good people.

Thats good to know! I like forums where people guide others in the right direction, rather then telling them they have to do certain things. If there is one thing i learned it is that the same species of herp can be taken care of by 2 different people with different husbandry and both can be healthy.

Lol i know they are pretty out there, but they are so damn cute when they wax themselves. My GF and I saw them on "Life in Cold Blood", the documentary, and we researched them. Saw them at a show about a month later and bought 2. I will post a video some time of them waxing its hilarious!
