Hi there,

My name is Krista and.. well, I'm new here. lol. I've never really been good at introductions, but here we go anyway!

I'm 24 years old and I live in Palm Bay, Florida with my fiancee, daughter and our pets! I am an extremely low scale leopard gecko breeder.

We have: Close to 30 leopard geckos, 5 Corns (Anery, Reverse Okeetee, Butter, Striped, Amber Striped [so I was told anyway],) a Sinaloan Milksnake and a bratty kitty cat. =)

I have to steal (read: borrow) my fiancee's mother's digital camera so I can get some decent pics of my babies. Hopefully I'll be able to do that soon. ^^;

I hope to get to know everyone.. Nice to meet you all!

Hi from Alachua! We're getting a lot of members over on your side of the state. The Florida members do stuff together, occasionally; you'll see announcements in General Chit Chat. like go to Reptile World, Gatorland, shows, etc.

Nanci: That's really awesome. I'm going to have to keep my eye out for those announcements! I live about.. 30-40 minutes from Reptile World and have never been. Shame on me. lol.

hello there, ... I am a first time snake owner and newbie to the reptile world, New to Florida Also, came here in Feb...almost a year now. Zephyrhills. Sounds like you have quite a few reptiles around your place.

Became a snake owner by accident... found a snake on the garage door.

Anyway, Hello from Zephyrhills, Florida

Are you kidding??? It's SO fun!! And the guy and his wife are SO nice. It's a great place to practice taking pics of snakes. We went last year right around Easter and they were feeding chicks to the big alligator! (FT). There was a tiny baby alligator that they fed hopper mice to. The daddy alligator can REALLY run when he wants to!

I'll have to take a trip up there! I pass it every time I go into Orlando and I always comment to my fiancee how we have to go some time. lol. Maybe I can finally nudge him in that direction some time soon!
