Hey all. Been lurking these forums for a while now, and I figure its about time I said hi. Ive had a 2 year old male ghost stripe corn for approx 6 months now, named Hermann. Im getting another ghost corn, a female yearling, mid august. Ive pretty much fallen in love with them, and im sure my collection will be expanding rapidly, so well see how it goes :)

Welcome! I'm a fellow Pensacola corn snake owner as well! I have babies hatching as we speak! We've probably already met lol. By chance are you on the facebook PERC group?

Hey! Thanks! Thats great, Congrats! Nope im sure not, but im gonna go heck it out momentarily.

Ok, so my phone is hating facebook right now, and im stuck at work, so no real computer access, what is it?

It's the Panhandle Exotic and Reptile Club. We meet up every month and such. We're trying to become a non-profit group. We have a lot of goals and such in mind...Runninghorsespirit is the executive officer and I'm currently the president lol. Lots of nice people on there and everything.

Oh cool! Thanks. Ill definitely be sureto check it out! Are there any decent Local stores or breeders in the area where i might pick up a new reptile or supplies? Im not exactly familiar with whats around here in tha sort of venue.

The neat thing about the group is that they have a classifieds. There's not really a store for it but there are plenty of breeders and stuff. =D

The only stores around are the pet stores. I just started working at Barney's Pet World..but there's also Petland, PetsMart, PetCo, and Pet Supermarket.

Yeah ive been getting food and random things from the major ones. Didnt know of there was any others. I just requested to join the group by the way. It looks pretty cool.

Thanks! Hes MUCH bigger now, but right now hes in blue, so hes been hiding. I need to get a good pic of him now.

Welcome! If you feel like taking a bit of a road trip, a group of us are going to be getting together in Daytona Beach in a couple of weeks (August 17-19) for the National Reptile Breeders Expo. :)
