Hello! Getting ready for my birthday present!

Hi there! I will probably be here with bunches of questions as I am getting my first corn snake on Saturday! It will be living with my fiance since I am living on campus at my college for the next couple of years, but it will be our snake and he will be my early birthday gift!

We are adopting him off of craigslist- I know not the most reliable but this way we are getting supplies for a good price and we are helping someone out by rehoming.

He is 2 years old, and is supposed to be a creamsicle. He is coming with a 55 gallon tank and everything he has been set up with.I may make a few changes but I want to see how it is set up exactly before deciding what else I need to buy.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Hi there, welcome.
I got my snake, Cheerio, the same way. We went to buy a set-up and came home with a snake. Soon after that I found this site and learned almost everything I needed to know. I didn't even need to ask a question, it was all here!
Happy Birthday! I know it's early, but sometimes I forget stuff.

Thanks for the welcome. I got her today (guy kept calling her a him, but it is apparently a she)! Everything seems OK with her.

Named her Penelope, and will be posting pictures in the photo gallery section.

Congrats and Welcome! It is wonderful that you are rehoming a pet!
I have found this board to be extremely helpful and welcoming; I hope that you do too!

...and happy birthday!
