Hello

TrixiTripp

a creature of habit
Hi I'm Trixi and I'm totally in love with my pet corn, Cornelius. He is a Sunglow Motley - just hit the 36 inch mark in size. When I got him a couple years ago I was hooked the moment I saw him! I've just decided to get another corn, a female this time and in a few years I'm may try my hand at breeding and raising a clutch. So now it's time to hurry up and wait... and learn as much as I can from as many resources as I can use. Nice to be aboard!

There will photos to follow - has anyone found a good trick to photographing their snakes with amel eyes? Cornelius is stunning but his red and orange eyes always fail to come out in photos as anything other than a white reflective light. Thanks! :)

Use natural light and a dark background! Oh and no flash. I just started to get my multi-purpose studio set up, it faces the east so I get too much light in the morning but from about 11 am to 2 or 3pm its perfect for great pics. It helps i just got a new camera too lol! Have fun!

I manage to get some good pictures outside on a sunny day in broken shade. Welcome to the forums.:wavey:

Hello again!

I'd like to introduce you to Cornelius:

Yay! I can finally show him off!
