HELP!!! I have one egg left to hatch

I had 19 eggs hatch on June 19-22, and there is one huge one left, it was the second egg laid. The light test shows pink and red veins inside, but no hatching. What should I do, it has been a week now, and no signs of a baby!
Should I make a very small slit to see if anything is in there or not?
 
I would leave it alone making a slit is easier said than done without harming the hatchling. They don't always all hatch so this one may not, but 18/19 is great!!
