Help me set up house for a new corn

I plan to buy my first corn snake (hatchling) in a week or so, and I want to make sure that I have all the things necessary to make it comfortable first.

I know I should get the following:

an aquarium
a locking top
substrate
a water dish
something to climb on
something to hide in
heating pad
two thermometers
heat lamp

and I've heard I may these as well:
UV light (with timer)
Blacklight (for night viewing)
humidity gauge

I like things to look as neat as possible - cords hidden, etc - so package deals are good. Can anyone recommend brands and/or sources to get this stuff? Is there anything I'm missing, or anything I can do without?

1) In Texas, a pad or a heat lamp will be plenty so you won't need both. Too much heat is bad. :)

2) UV is OK but not necessary.

3) Nix the blacklight. It does screwy things to corns healthwise.

4) We're humid enough here that the humidity gage isn't necessary.

Otherwise, you're on track and I just sent you an email.
