I have just come home and Zeth has started to shed, about 2 cm of it has come off (His head and about 1 cm down his body) but nothing else is coming off.
I have heard that this is not good. Any advice would be very helpfull.

P.s this is his first shed and he is about 14" long.

Get some damp paper towels or a damp towel and let him slither through it while you are holding him. This should help. Let us know how it goes.

Wow, thank you so much for the quick reply. I let him silther through a wet towel and helped him pull it off.

It worked fantastically, :D thank you so much for the advice, I was getting really worried there for a second.

Thank you again.

On another note, how long should I wait before feeding him? he ate yesterday, should I just keep with my normal schedule of should I wait longer?

No Prob... I'm glad you got the shed off and things worked out. This forum is such a great source for help and info. Kudos to Rich!!!

If he's already eaten then stick to your normal schedule, if he didn't eat (because of the shed), then feed him.

great, thanks for the advice, I will feed him on the normal routine. Thanks a lot guys, I think this had brought me a lot closer to my snake!@

Next time his shed cycle comes around, make sure you provide a moist hide, some wet paper towels, or mist the viv daily until he sheds. You won't have a problem then.
