He's fine.
Corns hide away after eating, to digest. The process can take a few days, so two days is normal and he might be under there for a while yet (depending on the size of the meal).
Not all of them like to spend time on the warm side. As long as you have at least one hide on the warm side, then he should use it. My only concern would be that he may not feel secure in the warm side hide? Maybe add some ground cover over there, like plastica foliage. You could even try the inner cardboard tubes from kitchen paper or toilet roll, cut in half lengthwise.
You should definitely avoid handling him for around two days after eating, otherwise he might throw up (regurge).
He might be due a shed, but it's more likely that he's still digesting. They shed at different rates, depending on how old they are and how much they eat. Hatchlings shed about every 4-6 weeks, a full-grown adult sheds 3-5 times a year. A you've only had yours for 2-3 weeks, it's fine that he hasn't yet shed even if he's a hatchling.
