hey everbody haven't posted in a while, so I've got a little story to tell, some of you that know me, know that I breed gerbils to feed to my snakes but I got a lot of flack over it being some people think that snakes will get addicted to certain types of food, well one of my younger snakes, still on fuzzies, started out eating like a champ mice and gerbils but after a while would refuse food once in a while, I've been having trouble getting live mice from the pet store that i got to,I feed live cause she refuses F/T, they only have them on Tues, wed. I've been trying to get her to eat live gerbils but all she does is strike them over and over and over like she sees it as a threat, note we're talking about pinky gerbils. I've been doing this every 3 or 4 days for the past 4 weeks no luck. so today i finally got around to getting a live fuzzy mouse and bingo she took it right away, no problems so heres an example of a snake that will refuse a gerbil over a mouse which is harder for me to get.
