Herp World Expo Pickup (Albino Nelsons Milksnake)!

Happily a cornsnake lover
Got this yearling from the Herp World Expo in Pasadena, CA this weekend. They feed live so I hope I don't have any problems with switching over to f/t on Sunday. Wish me luck!

Cute!! When I got my Nelson's hatchling she was being fed live- she didn't have any problem at all switching to FT. They are good feeders!!

So no problem with feeding, it's eaten twice for me already but I need my nervousness eased a little.

It musked a little the first time I pulled it out of it's viv last sunday to feed it. No biggie. But when I fed it yesterday, OMG! It musked all over the place and was totally freaking out! It was striking and musking, only bit itself a couple of times. I'm not afraid of being bitten but I am afraid of stressing it. I still have another week and 1 more feeding before I can start gentle handling. But how much handling is too much? I know that I cannot put it back when it musks which is fine but I just don't want to stress it too much.

Some words of encouragement from someone with experience with taming these guys down would be helpful, thanks in advance.
